At West Coast Reptile Productions we are committed to customer service. With that being said, we will make every attempt to return your phone or e-mail messages in a timely fashion. Occasionally, we are out of the office as we attend reptile expos, lead field expeditions, or make deliveries. In these situations we have to rely solely on cellular communication, at times this may be spotty at best.
